Implementing these four basic steps will allow T&G the ability to conquer the real estate industry and to remain 1 step ahead of our competition in all other landscapes we choose to enter.
EACH PARTNER'S GOAL STRATEGY:
REAL ESTATE AGENTS - DC, MD, VA - To personally solicit a minimum of Three (3) agents per week for a combined total of 24 per month and 288 within 12 months.
REFERRAL SOURCES - To personally solicit ONE (1) per week for a combined total of 8 per month and 96 within 12 months.
BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP STRATEGY FOR 2021
Top relationship we need to nurture and grow is MLD MORTGAGE. Being able to secure a minimum of 40 transactions per month from this one source will allow T&G a revenue source to grow its business and business reach at a pace which will catapult our brokerage to that next level faster than any other new brokerage of 2021. The next goal will be to duplicate this process with other relationship partners.

PERSONAL REFERRAL SOURCE RELATIONSHIP STRATEGY FOR 2021
We must capture a minimum of 1 referral source clients per month as we focus on capturing business from the everyday consumer. This formula will give us a minimum of 24 referral sources within our first 12 months. The average cost of a referral source is estimated @ $1k per referral. BUSINESS REFERRAL SOURCE RELATIONSHIP STRATEGY FOR 2021
The business referral source strategy for 2021 is to secure co-working spaces throughout the DMV. We would like each co-working space to have a minimum of 75 to 100 businesses within the space. The mission behind this strategy is to engage and build a relationship with each business and each member of the business. This relationship building engagement should return a 10% result in terms of buyer business within each office and a 5% return of buyer business from the external relationships these office individuals have with their own family, friends and associates outside of the office. We anticipate a 2% return in seller/listings business within the office and a 1% result from external relationships outside of the office. Our first step in building meaningful relationships with these individuals will begin with a basic hello how are you introduction stating my name is and your name; next step will involve asking each business or individual what can we do to aid you in growing your business and this is what you can do to help us grow ours; next step will be holding a monthly event where we will provide beer, wine, fun food and great conversations. Businesses we are building a good relationship with will be encouraged to invite their clients as an added benefit of knowing T&G.
As of 12/30/20 we have established co-working spaces within McLean, VA and Fredericksburg, VA. If we get revenue share investment dollars our goal is to open up 38 locations within the next 12 months. If we do not receive investment dollars the goal is to open up a new location each time we close 5 transactions.

SOCIAL MEETING CAMPAIGNS STRATEGY FOR 2021
The social media campaigns we established for 2021 will have a two goal purpose.
Purpose One: To capture consumers that the social media post targets who are seeking to buy, sell or rent a home.
Purpose Two: To capture and entice agents who we would like to join the brokerage.
